How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available for select metropolitan areas.

Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with your best-fitting garments.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Getketch ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
