Initiate Request
Log into your Getketch account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the package to our logistics partner and collect the signed pickup slip.
Refund Processing
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Getketch wallet within 7-10 business days.
